Unrealized Designs:
Elle’s Laptop!
This laptop was donated to the production, missing a battery so to fill the empty slots I filled them with white air dry modeling clay.
After sanding down, preparing to color match.
Color matching with acrylic
Color matched paint and then sealed with matte Modge Podge
Vinyl cut using a Cricut, made pink to personalize it to Elle!
Details cut out. This piece was never able to be used on stage because of a quick change needing to be done, as a result this needed to be cut to save time.
Delta Nu Pink Phone!
An existing phone found in Saint Mary's College's prop storage! This phone was then cleaned up and sanded down to prepare for paint!
A photo taken after the first coat on the main body of the phone.
The phone completely painted and dry, about to be sealed.
The finished product painted, dried, and sealed with a matte Modge Podge to maintain the plastic look. This prop was not able to be used in the show due to issues getting the somewhat awkwardly sized prop off stage smoothly, it was eventually cut.
